Motor Coach Services

1. Deposits and Payments:
   • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the trip agreement.
   • Final payments are refundable if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled trip.

1. Cancellation Policy:
   • 30+ Days Before Trip: Full refund minus deposit.
   • 15-29 Days Before Trip: 50% refund of total paid amount.
   • 14 Days or Less: No refund will be issued.

1. Trip Modifications by Moore Transportation:
   • If Moore Transportation cancels or significantly modifies a trip, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

1. Inclement Weather:
   • If a trip is canceled due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, customers will receive a rescheduled trip or a full refund.

Travel Agency Services

1. Deposits and Payments:
   • All deposits for travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the booking terms.

1. Cancellation Policy:
   • Refunds for cancellations are subject to the policies of the airlines, hotels, or tour operators involved in the booking.
   • Moore Transportation will assist in securing eligible refunds but is not responsible for third-party policies.

1. Service Fees:
   • Any service fees paid to Moore Transportation for travel planning are non-refundable.
2. Insurance:
   • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, and other unforeseen events.

General Terms for Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
• Request Method: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to travel@getmooretours.com or via mail to our office.
• Documentation: Proof of payment and a signed agreement may be required for processing refunds.

No Refunds Issued for:

• Missed trips or services due to late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to provide required travel documents (e.g., passports, visas).
• Changes requested by the client after services have commenced.
